What To Expect/Policies
Print session fee, digital session package fee plus tax is due at the time of booking. Payment must be received within four days to hold your session date.
You may pay by cash, check or PayPal if you would like to pay by credit card. I will email you an invoice on the day of booking. I will be happy to meet
you at Starbucks or Chick fil a (Katy Mills Location). You may also mail checks to the address listed below. Please do not mail cash. You may reschedule if needed.
If you pay by PayPal and cancel your session, you will be refunded all of your session fee except the 2.9% fee for PayPal. All sales are final once the photography session
has been performed.
8.25% tax will be added to all sessions, digital packages, special and orders.
Within 2 weeks after your session an online proofing gallery of 20 to 30 images will be posted for you to view. These images are picked by the photographer.
Images will be in the proofing gallery for 3 weeks. Tammie Lombardo Photography will hold images for 3 months. Tammie Lombardo Photography will contact you before they are deleted.
All orders must be paid in full before they will be ordered.
Once your order is placed it will take up to 2 weeks to be ready for pick up. Once you have placed your order all sales are final.
Orders must be picked up in the Katy area.
No Facebook pictures will be posted until order is paid in full.
There is a $100.00 print order requirement for all Print Sessions. The print requirement is only with a print session. There are no print requirements with digital packages.
Tammie Lombardo Photography holds all copy rights on all images(pictures).
Digital Sessions will be sent an email with print release to allow printing.
All images published are required to give photo credit to Tammie Lombardo Photography. (Example, magazines)
Print Sessions will be given 3 digital files with every $300.00 print order. Print Sessions will not be able to purchase individual digital files. A full Digital Session must be purchased to obtain digital files.
Tammie Lombardo Photography uses a high quality lab that many large studios use. Our lab only sells to photographers.
Tammie Lombardo Photography does not guarantee print quality or coloring or any other issues at anyother labs.
